Shipping policy

US Deliveries (1.1-1.6)

1.1 We offer free US standard shipping 3 - 5 business days, We'd ask that you only contact us if you have not received your order after 5 business days.

 

1.2 Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

 

1.3 For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

 

1.4 After shipping your order, you will receive a tracking email to show the progress of the order.

 

1.5 If you do not receive your order within 5 business days from the date of despatch, please contact us at essencesipwu@gmail.com. We would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 20 business days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.

 

1.6 We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge, so long as the other conditions within our Shipping Policy are met and investigations by our carriers show justification or are inconclusive.
